Logix Federal Credit Union has more than $5.5 billion in assets, and is rated “Excellent” for financial strength. Chartered in 1937, with branches in Los Angeles and Ventura counties, Logix is the largest financial institution headquartered in Los Angeles’ San Fernando Valley.

The Logix Federal Credit Union brand was born when the Lockheed Federal Credit Union transformed to support future growth of the company. A rejuvenated online presence was needed to provide old and new customers with a banking center designed to increase customer engagement and sales.

A newly designed website, Logixbanking.com, helped differentiate the new brand and the Logix message of “Smarter Banking.” To help the audience connect emotionally with the new brand we invented “Robix” — a friendly robot that personifies the brand and delivers unique messaging by user type.

Not only did Robix enhance the online experience by displaying tailored marketing messages with different poses, props and animations, Robix became the center of all communications, including TV ads, out-of-home advertising, display ads, social media, and in-branch materials. This personalized messaging created SEO-rich content that helped boost Logix in search results.
