2018 honorees were selected through an extensive nomination and review process that assessed numerous data points for each agency. “We received far more nominations than anticipated—98 to be exact!” said Gramercy’s Chief Executive Officer Bill Wreaks. “These include agencies from 7 different countries.”
Selection criteria was based on each agency’s:

- Case studies illustrating proven success with specific financial clients
- Focus on and dedication to the financial category
- Innovation in financial services marketing
- Commitment to leadership in financial services marketing
Extractable CEO Craig McLaughlin and Chief Analytics Officer Mark Ryan received the award on Thursday, January 17, at a half-day forum and ceremony at Gramercy Institute’s headquarters in New York City, where Wreaks explained the significance of the achievement.
