With a website that was outdated from both a design and technology perspective, Merrill engaged with Extractable to revolutionize their digital and brand ecosystems. To execute on this ambitious project encompassing all digital touch points, Extractable first embarked on a digital strategy engagement that aligned very closely with the organization’s overall business-strategy overhaul. A central tenet coming out of this initial work was that Merrill’s website would shift from an old, under-utilized, brochure-like set of websites to a modern, digitally-enabled engagement and sales engine.
After a full-year engagement, Extractable is pleased to announce Merrill’s fully-functioning, Sitecore-enabled website has launched. The website now reflects the new brand, information architecture, and content strategy; and is positioned to propel Merrill’s traffic acquisition and lead generation metrics in support of continued business growth.
