San Francisco, CA, November 12, 2004 - Extractable today announced the launch of two dynamic Flash-based user interfaces for the redesigned Mentor Graphics Corporation web site. The Flash user interfaces were designed to provide developers with deep access to a complex database environment. The interfaces leverage XML to share data with web services APIs.
One application allows developers to search for technical events around the country. The user can access several data filters simultaneously to find the best event for a specific technology. The second application provides Flash-based access to a library of technical publications. Again, data can be filtered in a variety of ways using the interface with detailed results displayed on-the-fly.
