Art Director / Designer
Are you a strategic thinking, highly talented Art Director/Designer who can come up with "the big idea" or take a napkin sketch to completion? Do you have an eye for appropriate design solutions and the ability to create and pitch them? Can you manage multiple projects and keep on smiling?
If so, we'd like to talk to you. Extractable is a world-class web design and development company with clients such as Visa, FedEx, Kodak, and many others, big and small. We have an opportunity for a hands-on Art Director to join our team in creating the next wave of great web design.
Responsibilities- Create compelling design for corporate and consumer websites
- Take design concepts through to completion
- Work well in a team environment
- Consult with clients and internal staff to develop appropriate design solutions
- Be a proponent for excellence in design
- 1-5 years as an Art Director/Designer in an interactive agency
- Exceptional Photoshop skills, able to produce high quality at warp speed
- Flash design and animation (actionscripting would be a big bonus)
- User Interface design skills
- Advertising concept development
- Some illustration skill would be good too
