His personal philosophy as a User Experience professional is that "listening" is the most powerful design tool. When Michael is not online, you will likely find him wearing a pair of hiking shoes, searching the hidden jewels of San Francisco or attempting (unsuccessfully) to beat his wife at Backgammon.
